Hosting... problems or so...

Greetings,

well first off... I'd like to ask if ANYONE knows of good reliable, and FREE hosts for PHP and MySQL??

I'm looking for something with FTP and no Banners, pop-up is ok....

I'm having trouble with my current host... CoolFreePages... well they're not all that cool... I don't mean to bad mouth, but I haven't a clue what to do... and they DON'T provide support... at all...

anyway my problem is this... they require you do 'install' phpMyAdmin under your account if you want to use a DB...

I've uploaded it and I think I've changed the necessary fileds in the 'config.inc.php' file... but I get this error message:
