MYsql Login script needed, very simple

This is my first time on www.codewalkers.com .... I need ugrent help please, i need to make a login script, So when a registrar come to the website, he/she can submit there first and second names, an Em@il address, a Login ID, and there international telephone number that is required to generate a login pass which will give them full access to the website, all i need to the code to do it, im using MYsql and UNIX to do this in, here is the FULL project in detail if any brainy person wishes to do so, thank you, phew !!! ..
