MySQL multiple user setup

Hi,

I am running an apache/php/mysql host with numerous user accounts and I want to set up database access and permissions for each - however, my problem is that I don't want one user to see or be able to access any databases that other users or myself (sysadmin) have created. In addition, in some cases I want to allow a user to create an unlimited number of databases, while other users are only allowed one.

Is there a simple trick I'm missing? how is this done?
