PHP and MySQL with Flash
I am making a flash presentation (not to be deployed online, but will be packaged and running in a CD) and need database support for it. Should I use PHP / MySQL or some other option is there ??

RE: PHP and MySQL with Flash
Well, using PHP and MySQL isn't really viable, because you probably don't want the users to have to install those?
I'm not sure what to use, though.. What do you need the database for? |

RE: PHP and MySQL with Flash
im totally confused here, this is an ambiguous question to me, xs0 had a totally different answer to what i was thinking, bringing me to conclusion that this question can be interpreted in 2 ways.
you want to manage this from your own server and have a database on that or you want the person that runs the cd to have the database and run the php script. needs to be clearer. |
