hi
is it possible to create a thing on one of my forms which comes up on a monthly basis to remind the user to create a report. or could i automatically make a report on a monthly basis??
any help would be great

Yes, it is possible. It isn't even difficult if you have designed your program properly. It's a lot easier to give a proper answer, though, if you give more details.

When exactly do you want this reminder to be shown? When a month has passed since the last report was created (or in another words, when the last report created by the user is more than one month old)? In this case, how do you define a month: 30 days, 4 weeks, 28/29/30/31 days depending on the month or something else? Or would you like to display the reminder if the user hasn't created a report during current month?

Edit: Oh, and as to creating the reports automatically, it really depends on what the reports are to contain.

yeah i would like it to show when a month has passed since the last report was created. and er i think it would be best to do it as the days depending on the month but it doesnt really matter a set four weeks can also be possible.
I would like the report to contain the swimmers times for the last month and how much they have improved since there best time or something along those lines. the times are in a table but the improvements is not.
