Outage on Friday
I just wanted to comment on the large outage the happened to the site on Friday. The server itself was still up and running and ready to serve pages. It appears that there was a routing issue upstream from the server however.

The reason for this post is to show that there still is good customer service out there from hosting providers. At the bottom of this email you will find a link to the email I received from the owner of my hosting company. All I can say is "Could you ask for better service?"

That's impressive Matt. If I had that hosting company, I'd be satisfied with that response. Typically my experience is that if there is an outage, then blame is shifted and passed around, or they claim nothing happened... This is a nice breath of fresh air.
