Hmm...it seems that in working on the forums yesterday I messed up the post notifications. Basically, it wouldn't reset that you should get mail if you visited a thread after getting a notification.

Anyway, it is fixed now.

RE: Post Notifications

I don't receive any notifications for reply posts though I have selected option to receive them in profile page.

And I have selected not to receive any notification when code/tutorial submitted, but I keep on receiving them.

What's really going on?

RE: Post Notifications

Forward me (as an attachment) an email that you have gotten as a notification of a new code or tutorial. I am showing that you have those options turned off. I would be glad to see the headers and see what is going on.

As for the post reply notifications, I show that you are subscribed to 1163 threads, 58 of which are set to not send you any more mails. Remember, you must visit a thread while you are logged in to get more than one reply notification. Once you visit the thread while you are logged in, the notification flag will be reset and you will get a reply notification on the next reply.

Yes, I know. I've been visiting many of threads which I have replied. Still I didn't get any mail from any thread for post replies. Is this happening only for me? I didn't receive forum notification for long long time! For example, I didn't receive notification for your reply in this thread..

RE: Post Notifications

Ah, Matt, I think I got what's the case with post reply notifications. Once I tried erasing the email address in profile page (which is marked required with an asterisk) and submit the form. It successfully did with message "Successfully edited your Profile!". I think there is a problem.. You should check whether required fields are filled before submitting. When I checked my profile today, my default email address feild was blank.

Hope you'll look into this.
