RE: Super Users

I don't really know that old threads should be deleted. In what circumstances would that be useful?

it would be good to be able to delete old threads so we SU's can clear out old threads which where created months ago. This would help everyone. Just a suggestion however.

I disagree. Why delete old threads? And, the more people you allow to delete stuff, the more problems there will be with people accidentally deleting things. It's very difficult to undelete data in most cases.

I agree 100% with Matt, Honcho and CodeKadiya. Keep the old threads there, no need to delete those.

RE: Super Users

A must read newbie guide forum would be good where posts from other forums are moved too if they are considered to be very useful and people will benefit from it. Eg: something like a register_globals thread because i think thats on of the most common problems when using forms for newbie's.

I agree with that, but I think it's useless, coz we will have the FAQ soon.
