I´d like to ask someone who are a bit more into this selling ad-space on your homepage thing...

What is the best way to sell CPA, CPM, CPC... contact different companies/sites? Anyone have any experience?

Matt, how do you do it?

RE: Affiliates

the best way depends on your target clients and what they are willing to pay for advertising space. You obviously want to find the solution that gains you the most revenue. CPC is usually better for the advertiser because the "click through" rates are so low these days many advertisers don't want to pay for CPM anymore. In order to generate substantial revenue it really helps if you have substantial traffic to your website. Focus on driving up your unique visitors and hits per day and you will be able to sell advertising on your site. In the beggining you might want to trade advertising in order to increase your traffic which will eventually yield increased advertising dollars.

RE: Affiliates

Build it and they will come... Get traffic, put up a link like I have on the right, and wait
