Easiest way to disable an RFID tag:
directional antenna, about 500 watts, and a frequency counter. I dont think ill have a problem

RE: And to stir the pot of thought

Not likely. Cancer, in this case is caused by high frequency, unshielded high transmission power lines, and the like, and being around them longer than the recommended maximum exposure limit. I wont be standing right in front of the antenna....and if I was, I would have a lot worse things to consider than cancer, like RF burns. 500 watt microwave antennas are all over the place.

Might be worth some research. Wonder how long you'd have to "zap" the tags to burn 'em up

Put it to you this way, alls you would have to do is overload the "front ends" and "finals" of the microtransmitter. Since they are not that big, not that long, especially with a 500 watt burst.

An EMP would do the trick if you can get hold of one But it would fry every electronic component within the range of it.

A directional radio wave (using a transmitter and directional antenna) is an EMP of sorts Because the antenna is directional, and not omnidirectional (in all directions radiated), you need not worry about frying other things.

Radio waves are alternating electric and magnetic fields.

Just wear clothes someone bought for you as an xmas present. All the machines will think you're the person that did the christmas shopping.

they've already got satellites in space, taking pictures. and camera's arriving at more and more traffic stops which can see in your car, and pan around.

these rfid tags aren't much of an improvement, because what they're capable of, is nothing compared to the effort/resources it would take to actually take advantage of it.

Or, remember those mosquito bites? They have GPS tracker units they can shoot you with now that feels like a mosquito bite. ;) No need to ever worry about RFID tags or cameras again.
