why do non-technical people try to solve technical problems? aren't most new computers sold with microsoft's windows as the default OS along with a lot of other software already bundled into one giant package? ..is it really going to prompt me to approve EVERY piece of software? or what about free downloads from cnet.com, which generally tend to have other "advertisement" software bundled with them. allowing third-party software is how companies make money, or keep products free.
this isn't going to solve the problem it's just going to put people out of jobs. for example, consider this quote from the article:
