RE: Best Php books?

I agree "PHP & MySQL web development" is the best PHP book on the market. I also have "teach yourself .. php and apache" and I no longer reference it.

RE: Best Php books?

My favorite series has always been the "PHP: your visual blueprint for...." etc... I have an html and php book by them and theyve always helped me.

hope it helps.

I never liked the books "*** for dummies" or "Learn XXXX in 24 Hours". The book you want should be based on your level. WHat is you skill level and I will recommend a book.
