Documentation
What do you use/suggest for documenting PHP code?
For C#, I've used and more-or-less like NDoc. Has anyone used PHPDoc? Doxygen? phpDocumentor? Something else?

yeah, NDoc is usable. not perfect, but stil very good.
for php, i looked at them all, but only used phpDocumentor. i had some problems with unicode (serbian) characters, but i think they fixed that.. for everything else it is very nice..
