Easily Integrated forum system?

does anyone know of a forum system kind of like phpbb that is easy to integrate with other code? Like same logins etc...?

Electrified penguin forum is a good one for making addons to. Its really easy to customise check out the faq for a link to it or PM me for the original zip.

Pretty much any forum packages I have come across are easily integrateable with anything you throw at it....In fact, I do use PHPBB for this reason. EP is another good one....Any forum you use your going to have to learn how to modify anyway if you want an anything but standard look to it.

As its been said, most all are mod-able. What mods - code are you thinking about adding to a forum ?

I also use phpbb and compared to others here I'm a totally php ignorant, but I have been able to add a calendar, logging code (among others), and set up a template for the rest of my site.
