Experienced PHP help needed.

Hi everybody, I am looking for some experienced and professional help on upgrading my current site (http://www.turitmo.net) to PHP. At the moment I do everything the long and hard way......adding new members, updating bios if needed, retrieving lost passwords, I mean the site is all basic html and it is a headache considering that with PHP it could practically run itself. I really feel I jumped in too early without developing a better system and the thing is that there are new guests joining and it takes away my time that I need to learn PHP. I've bought books and done the exercises but besides that I don't know enough to develop what I need.

I've had a bad experience where someone promised the work and didn't deliver.
