Yea, and if someone could write a script, that generates .pdf files, a new version could be released every time there is a new post

Just checked php.net... There is a pdf function included in php, so it would be quite easy to make :-)

In order to use the pdf functions in php you need a pdf library, like PDFlib. It's pretty easy to setup and use - I think an OO version would be better, but that would also be different than any other library in PHP.
