Where is the download for a forum similar to this one.

I have got vbulletin, PhpBB and others but would like to see the admin options for this basic forum, any ideas.

I don't want to develop / re-develop this forum, I am just interested in the admin options area for a forum like this.

Also when are you going to change the face of this forum?

Thanks, I am sure there is more to the admin section as there is, even in the most basic forum.
I am ok with not being in the know as I prefer to be in the mystery.
