i think i would have to see it in use in order to get how it's going to work..

i'm assuming, someone will make themselves available for answering question during a certain length of time.. but then i'm not sure why questions are rated. hm..

It really is php, just is mod_rewrited to html

Search engines seem to like what they think are static pages better than dynamic pages. I have done mod rewrites on the archived contests also...and on all the code in the code gallery...

Well, you can check and see what pages google has in its index for this site. You will notice that everything is there except the forum threads. Notice how many variables are in the url in a forum thread? Google doesn't like that...
