Help! I need somebody to write out some PHP code for me (there's a prize in it)

I've never used PHP code in my life but I'm hoping to learn it one day. But I've got stuf fto do today, but I'm wondering if someone could help me. You see, I want to let people make their own pages on my site, so I was thinking and came up with this: a registration page where you get a name and password, a login page and of course, the actual page that they edit. So if you could open notepad and type out the html code for the registration page and save the file as reg.htm, then do the login page seperately as log.htm, then the edit page as edt.htm (or if they need to be something other than htm, name then that) then put them in a .zip file along with any other files I'll need and be sure to make a .txt file with the instructions on how to set up the pages and put that in as well. Then e-mail me at R160K@AOL.com and add the .zip file as an attachment. Then I'll get back to you and we'll discuss the prize (that way, it's not a fixed prize so you're gaurenteed to like it)! Please please please help! And I'll be able to help you in future (and not just with PHP! I can do tons of stuff on the PC). Please help!
