In need of php coder

This is a paying job:

Requirements:
Knowlege of php, MS Sql (and stored procedures)

Coding:
A web based system were admin can log in and add users. There will be admins that have full access and others which have access to specfic groups of users.

Each group of user will have basic info such as username/pass address, zip etc etc. And be a member of a payment plan.

Be able to add administrators, groups, and payment plans at will.

A report by group or report of all group users and how much is to be taken in (based upon there paymetn plan)

However we do not need to biling trackign system at this time.

Pay is $250 and need code within two weeks of acceptance of offer. You will have ftp and windows terminal service access to the server for the time period in order to implement. I also have example documentation of the stored procedures pre-writen.
