IT Crowd

Recently a couple of my friends introduced me to the a British TV show called "The IT Crowd" and I have to admit it is absolutely hysterical and very geek/nerd oriented (The RTFM T-shirt had me rolling). Anyway - You can download the shows from the Internet (If your not from the UK - google 'download "IT crowd"' and you should get a number of hits) and watch them yourself.

RE: IT Crowd

British Humor rocks... Love the Aunt Irma episode... I cried I laughed so hard. Heck even my non-tech husband though it was the funniest thing.

RE: IT Crowd

Yeh it was good, the whole thing about emailing the entire tech community in one go.... Then then "Aunt Irma" riots in. Tokoyo wasnt it?
I just love the phone answering machine which just rattles off the same message ("Hello IT, have you tried turning it on and off again?")

RE: IT Crowd

I liked the second and the fift episodes the most. I watched most of the episodes last night, I had to be very careful not to wake everyone in the house up.

Edit: I have to admit, though, If I had participated on that stress lecture, I'd have been more interested in the stress metering gadget than the lecture itself, too

RE: IT Crowd

The automatic-telephone-answering-machine was probably one of the funniest things on the IT Crowd. Aswell as that time when he gave that Cradle of Filth CD to the grieving mother at a funeral.. classic comedy.
