Isn't it do with the .htaccess file?
I don't think that there is alot to do with PHP, I may be wrong.

I tested this "GeoIP for your IP address" thing but I live in "Midrand" and I use a "Dial up", thats what they say.

I sure as hell don't trust them enough to pay them a cent for their weak service.

I think that they are another one of those fortune 500 companies that have no clue what they promise or what they lead you on to believe.

But that is pretty useful info there "decodephp"

GeoIP paid service is pretty good when it comes to usage of locating city , state , country , organizations/isp (big ones) , the lite version is pretty generic. i have used it with pretty good success.
