looking for php content management system/help manual

Hi guys, I have dug around and tried a few cms systems but none are what I am looking for.

I realize I will end up modding the heck out of it, but I want it to be good to begin with.

anyone used a content management system, using php/mysql that they like?

what I need is a cross bewteen like a manual and a cms. a little bit liek the php manual with the feedback and all. But I also need like a lot fo cms stuff too.

any ideas?

i have no clue of the website, but Wiki is a cms manual type thing.
You can type a news item, and then anyone else who accesses your site can change it however they'd like.

its a source-forge project so take a look over there.
