looking to hire a php programmer

I'm currently looking for a php programmer that can integrate a module/shopping cart into postnuke(www.postnuke.com). the aim of our site is:

-a website where photographers can offer photoset(s) for viewing/download.
-buyers use a credit/token system to view sets.
-buyers will purchase these credits through paypal in preset block amounts
-we will split profits from the revenues between our company and the photographer.
-photographers can access their sales statistics.

Here's a more drawn out description:

FRONTEND:

-visitors can enter and preview the site's products which are downloadable
photosets.
-once they are a free member of our site, users have the ability to login and purchase credit to view the full sets.
(a sample of this credit system can be seen at [link snipped])
-the sets will be listed in a directory/category layout
-each photo set will have X-number of preview thumbs that are linked to
their full size samples.

(there will be a minimum limit of how much credit they can purchase)
-users can see their current balance of credit and links to all their purchased sets in their 'user stats' page.
-photographers will also be able to login and see all their sets statistics and payout information in the 'photographer stats' page.

it is important that this module/cart be implemented in postnuke since i want members to be able and use their same accounts to login to the forums, etc. it would also assist a great deal in making the software dynamic. you can see a sample site i have in place at [link snipped]. i'm also assuming that it would help in development since the programmer can use the tables that postnuke sets up to hold its own user variables.

I've attached some illustrations to help understand the next few paragraphs.
[editor: image snipped. See http://www.hybridgirls.com/illustrate.gif]

Photographer accounts will be the exact replica of a user account, only that it holds extra set and payout information in the declared variables. in other words, if a User was to login and go to their "photographer stats" page they just would see no information. and on the other hand, photographers can purchase credits and use them to look at sets, they will get to their purchased sets by clicking on the "user stats" link.

as for sets, we can manually generate the thumbs and pages for their display. i do need advice on how to secure these pages from the sharing of their URLs amongst leeches/hackers. i'm not all against zipping the files up into one and just having users download these files. advice?

what i need is coding element of this project to be taken care of. i am very picky about graphics design and would rather be in charge of it.

in conclusion, we will need the photo set IDs to be stored in a database table just the same as the members are. the members table will hold this extra information (information not already in postnuke tables): how many credits they have, what sets they have purchased, if they have sets on sale as a photographer, and the payout stats for their sales.

i need the programmer to also devise a way to interface with paypal so that when users make a credits purchase, their credits variable will be adjusted. also, devise a way so that when a user selects to purchase a set, their credits are decreased and the stats for the set are adjusted (number of purchases increase), and a link is added to their 'user stats' page.

do you understand my ramblings? if so, then you are that much closer to getting some business from me. if not, please ask me to explain further. as for payment, name your price and we'll go from there. thank you.

hmm.. i could be wrong, but judging from your personal site i'm thinking that you have other intentions for this "photographers" shopping cart eh?

I like to assume.

It adds spice to life.

But seriously zombie, look at the disclaimer down the bottom ... I opened it in my Yr10 IT class, and I was almost crucified.
