Mysite images hosted on other website question

Is there a way to find out if my images on my website are used on other websites? and is there a way to stop this via a code/script?

like when somebody use <img src="http://www.mysite.com/uploads/image.jpg" alt="">

Just concerned about site's bandwidth.

Off the top of my head - check your logs and see what images are being pulled and how often - if any stand out - investigate. How to find out - no clue. but good luck

You need to setup "Hotlink protection", this will only allow domains you enter to link to images on your site, others will be denied. Here is an article on Hotlink Protection

Thanks Andrew! I was looking for the same solution, and this did the trick. I really enjoyed the "Blocked Image URL" option, as I found a rather unsavory adult image of a very fat naked girl which I placed here, and now the web sites that are illegally linking to my images are showing some mild porn instead. That will teach them not to steal my bandwidth ;)
