PHP dll

Has anyone been able to access and use any of the php .dlls in C++???

I'm writting a web server and would like to be able to use php with my server. I cant really find much online. I did however download the php source and apache source but its a TON of code to go through. Ive located some of the dll stuff in Apache but its really difficult to understand. Any help would be awesome.

i think i so smth about some new php "embeded sapi" for embeding php in your c/c++ projects.

i am positive it would be in a "PHP Weekly Summary" on zend.com.
