php manual application
I want to hdo a manual for a project I am working on and I love the way that the main php manual is done with the user comments section.

Dose anyone know of any free software which would work without too much effort? login user system for comments would be useful but not essential.

Yeah, the entire php.net web site is available.

Hit cvs.php.net then the phpweb folder...

Have you thought about using a wiki? It can be good for documentation. You can require users to register in order to add content (comments).
