Regression testing?

I'd like a tool to perform regression testing on dynamic websites. Does any one have any suggestions?

Requesting and comparing static pages is no big deal and even doing it for pages with dynamic content is not much different, but what about if I want to fill in forms or click buttons? What about executing any embedded javascript?

Any suggestions about writing such a program?
