Required: PHP Programmers 'Big Project'

I am not sure if any of you know of me. I own many websites that are quite popular around the web! These include:

Now that the experience of administration has reached a certain level, I have decided to start work on my largest project yet. This project will require PHP coding at a maximum level!

Sadly, the skill of PHP is very minimal in my case, and for this I require your help! So I am sure all of you wish to learn of the project.

PROJECT: MEDIA MART NETWORK

(This is an informative e-mail I will post for the information)

Hello,
Recieving this e-mail it means that you have been selected to learn of
MEDIA MART NETWORKS newest project coming soon. In the following
paragraphs information regarding the features of MEDIA MART will be
explained in full detail.

What is MEDIA-MART?
- Simply speaking, Media Mart is a music retailer for any/all person(s)
with interest in selling/distributing their media (Audio, Video, etc.) to
thousands of users across the net!

What does it Cost?
- When released, Media Mart will be free for interested parties to sign
up and upload their media for viewing/purchasing by other users. Premium
services would soon follow and allow participating parties to
customize/advertise their interests further at a small quarterly fee.

When will Media Mart be officially released?
- There is currently no release date. While we are working daily on the
infastructure, the databases required to power such a project as Media
Mart are extensive and could take some time.

Media Mart will allow people of all types to log on and purchase unique
media material(s) after a preview for a set price (E.G. A single song
would usually sell for $1.00 USD). This will allow insipring musicians,
producers, etc. to get their product out into the public and make a little
bit of money in the process.

Another feature of Media Mart allows users to provide previews of their
alblums, movies, songs based on their wishes (Segments of the Song or
Video or the entire thing through streaming).

FEATURES:
- Media Producers (Audio/Video) can release their product into the
public and make some money while they are at it.
- For a small fee, many features such as higher uploading permissions
can be released.
- Premium Services also allow selling of personal items (such as
Apparel) in similarity with the media provided.
- Listeners can indulge themselves into our media-rich databases and
purchase items as they wish.
- And So Many More!

Media Mart could use YOU! Currently, volunteer work for database
construction, marketing, and more are available. As Media Mart releases,
these jobs will be turned to paying positions (as a side-job to make you
extra income)! If you are interested, please do not hesitate to e-mail

I would be GLAD to pay royalties to all PHP coders for the first few months after income is coming in. Every detail has been planned out and it is very ready for development. We are currently getting ready to design the site as soon as the team is assembled!
