Windows XP help - Hardware Actions

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me with this XP Home problem - but for Pro version too probably. When I first connected my digital camera, a Windows XP box popped up saying "What action should be done every time the camera was connected?" - I said load a certain piece of software.

I now use a better piece of software, but whenever the camera is connected, it still loads the old one. Does anyone know how to change the default actions when hardware is connected to the computer?

Thanks in Anticipation

Go to goggle and look for tweak XP tools
It allows you to sett all those parameters that you usually can't set ad autoplay or applications associations or automatic actions when yoiu insert CDs or connect a camera.

This may help...

Camera action. The first time you connect your digital camera to your PC, you can select an action and check "Always use this program for this action" to keep from seeing a prompt every time you plug in the camera. But what if you want to use a different program later to handle your digital photos? Connect the camera again, right-click its icon in Explorer, and choose Properties. Use the settings on the Events tab to select what happens the next time you link it.

I actually found the settings on the AutoPlay tab....
