All the Calendar Files that I have downloaded from your Website were mess up

After I downloaded and unzip the ltwCalendar4.1.3.zip. All the Calendar Files that I have downloaded from your Website were mess up. Every time I opened them, all texts automatically move together in one paragraph. Is it possible for me to obtain a correct text format file?

Looks fine to me..opened with no problems in ultraedit.
