error message T_REQUIRE_ONCE

Hi,

I have install the calender in win2000 pro, php version is 4.0.5.

I have managed to install and create an admin account. However when I tried to run "calendar.php" this error occurs

"Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_REQUIRE_ONCE in c:inetpubwwwrootphpltwCalendar4.1.3calendar.php on line 32"

I had the "buffer over run" problem before but it was resolved with the use of ob_start() and ob_end_flush().

please advise
