Event not found () error

I almost have the Calendar working completely, except for being able to edit an Event. When I try to make an edit I receive an "Event not found ()" error. I thought it might be a problem with the event id request, but I am able to delete events without a problem, and that also uses the id number. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
