license questions

Great code. I am planning to base a calendar system around it for non-profit use after modifying it to work with our authentication system, mod_pub_cookie. When I am using components that others have developed in building this sytem, my plan was to include a single "references" page, but not to have a link on the page that has the calendar itself. If that isn't okay with you, I'll keep the link where it is. It just seems innapropriate for my particular needs.
