log in/registration form missing

log in/registration form missing

Neither the demo on the main codewalker's LTW calender page and the one I installed show any log-in form at all. So there's no way to register or to log in to add/edit events.

How do you get the log in or register form to appear on the calendar page?

The login button is at the bottom of the calendar. It's difficult to see due to the blue background. I didn't find it too intially.
