ltw calendar idea

One of the things I would like to see (and I'll probably add it my self at some point) are links to skip ahead a year at a time, or even a pull down to select a particular month and year, in addition to going to the next or previous month. The place I work frequently sets dates a year or two in advance. Another nice thing would be if the you could see who added (or edited) what events. For example-- suppose I give five people access to write to the calendar, then one of the knuckleheads goes in and erases someone elses event. I could call them on it.
