RE: ltw_config.php permissions
Actually, on your 'Production' web server, they should be rw-r--r--. This applies to all the files that are 'include_once()' or 'require_once()' Only calendar.php actually gets executed, and since it's read by the PHP executable, I don't think it needs to be executable either.
