ltwCalendar 4.2 on SourceForge

I posted a release for version 4.2 on sourceforge today. 4.2 includes several of the most commonly requested fixes from the forums here, as well as the PDF support I had added to my personal copy.

Thanks for your work. Can you list your changes? I didn't see a change log at the S-F Forum. I have hacked my version with improvements also and I don't want to overwrite them. Again, thanks for your contributions.
