ltwcalendar included in current site?

Hey Matt! love your calendar!! I am currently trying to use your calendar on a site I am creating. I am a designer so I am a newbie to PHP. Well anyway how do I go about adding it into my current code. I saw another post asking a similiar question. You told them to add the HTML before the calendar in the Header file and the HTML after the calendar in the footer file. I tried this and failed miserably. My current code has some PHP in it for "News". Could there be some conflict there? Here is a link to the site. many thanks in advance.
