Merging Calendar with my html site

Hi guys,

I am somewhat new to this, but not really dumb either. I downloaded and installed the ltwcalendar with no problem. I can access it by going to www.dhmoore.com/calendar . I also have an html page that looks like the rest of my site, that I would like to merge the calendar into. That page can be accessed at www.dhmoore.com/test.htm You will see the area that I want to put the calendar. The problem I have is I don't know how to go about inserting the calendar.php (ie. I renamed it index.php) into the html page. I would really appreciate any help I can get with this.

copy the portions of the 'common' page to the ltw_header.php & ltw_footer.php files.
