White Screen when running calendar

White Screen when running calendar

Install went well, however when running calendar.php only get a white screen. Running Win2000, IIS5, php432, mysql. Any hints on what might be the problem?

Do you have a URL we can look at?
Was any HTML generated by the calendar (view source)?
