A question and comment

First, it still says in the top, after the bolded give me details, that only PHP is allowed

This is the header section that Matt's probably kept for the last 8 contests

Also, however, can I use a user-supplied function on php.net; the function I want just shuffles an array because the PHP-provided one is not very random...
