About Scoring

I've two questions:
1- we deal 5 cards, decide which cards to swap or not to swap.. then make another deal if possible..etc
Question is: when do scoring and hand counting happen? does it happen after the deal?, after swaping? or before the next deal ?

2- cards are using letters CHDS,TJK..etc do I expect they're all upper case or should I consider caseless matching?

1) Well, in order to see how your hand scores, it would need to be after the swap..and you can count each deal whenever you wish...as long as you get the proper number...

2) they will all be uppercase...
