When does the current contest stop being the current contest? At the deadline for submission? When the results are known to the judges? When the results are known to the public? When the results are made official? After the prizes have been picked? Or, after another contest is in place?

Well, since there isn't a "future contest" board, and there is no current contest, the contest that just expired must still be the current contest up for discussion, since there isn't one to take its place currently, therefore this is not an old contest
