[Blackjack] Dealer busts after I bust
It is entirely possible I am doing something boneheaded, I am new to php, but you can try to reproduce my results by setting $seed to 101. On the second hand dealt, I am dealt Q, 3. I hit, get another Q and bust. When I look at the dealer's hand, she has 2, 9, 2, 9, 9. Not only did she bust, but she took an extra card *after* busting. 2+9+2+9=22, + another 9 = 31.
Dealer: 2 Total: 2 My hand: 3 Q Total: 13 - Hit. My hand: 3 Q Q Total: 23 BUST! - dealer had 2 9 2 9 9 Total: 31 Money: $1000 Similar wierdness in the third hand: Dealer: 6 Total: 6 My hand: 4 J Total: 14 - Hit. My hand: 4 J 9 Total: 23 BUST! - dealer had 6 9 Q 9 Total: 34 Money: $1000

Double check it's not just a problem with the logic of your output. I've never seen the dealer over-draw like that.
