[Blackjack] Do me a fave over the mag prizes pls

I've had one of those weeks - busy as hell (which is nice)

As a result I can't finish off my entry properly.

If you want to tidy yours up follow these links - they're extremely useful when it come to working out the odds.

There are others (got 24 on my address bgook, these are the best)

Well. apart from this one (explains probabnility really easily)

In return for all this all I ask is that someone leaves a mag open for my prize. My script is fully functional but as I ain't hit the prob calc I ain't getting a 1st (bloody work)

If I get PHP|Arch or PHP Mag I#'ll be a happy bunny (got all the better prizes anyway)

OK, but if I come second, and you come first, can I have Zend Studio please? :-)

Seriously, I think this is going to get a lot of entries - it made it onto Slashdot and other places. It's the first time I've entered and I doubt I'm the only one. One step at a time, eh?

Who'd want it? Zend is crap. PHPed is what you want. It's not exactly perfect but it's the best we have to play with

I got sod all chance of #1 (work hit me hard this week) but if the odds fall I'll claim the prize and turn it over to you (I want a few books, given a chance)

Your comment about the number of entries is pretty much moot. Simply sending your script in probably means you get something. Look at the ~FTP site, there are more winners than prizes.

OK, we picked up a bit recently but you'll find most of the weeners don't enter.

You don't have to enter a clever script, unless you're in our category (ppl like Xs0, matt etc) you got sod all chance of getting the top prizes.

The reason we write it cos we like doing it

If we get a copy of PHP|Arch at the end of the day, well, we did something right
