Card Turning
Another question :

When we turn the 3 cards (A-B-C), A being the top-most card from the stock, so 'C' card is the playable one ?

If yes, can we consider the 2 other ones has being seen to anticipate the next plays ?

Yes you can consider the other two as being seen.

Just as in a real game, you would see what cards you are turning over...
