from deck.txt to stock - is this the order?

from deck.txt to stock - is this the order?

stock will start from the 29th card in deck.txt. Therefore the first playable card from stock will be the 49th in deck.txt right? (and not 31st)

The first playable from stock would be 31.

Think of it like this...the deck.txt is an actual deck from top to bottom. You deal off the top 28 cards to the tableau. Then, you place the remaining down on stock. You then flip over the top 3 cards (29,30,31), so that 31 is face up on the waste pile. 31 is now playable.
