He's still alive.

For those of us that receive the newsletter, I'm sure we've all seen that Matt is still alive and kicking.

However!

I've been hoping that, eventually, you'd put in a text-only version of your newsletter. I wouldn't think it'd be that hard.
You see, I read my email through a PHP script I wrote, and it doesn't know how to handle content boundries or types yet.
I dunno, I think it would be nice if you could just de-HTML your message and put that version at the top with a content-type: text/plain header. Then you could create an additional boundry to seperate, and a content-type: text/html header, then your HTML.

... now that I think about it, I could have done it for my email reader in about twice the time it took me to write that. But, in all fairness, mine isn't the only text-only email reader out there.

Anyway. I know you're strapped for time, Matt. We're looking forward to the contest. And, if you happen to decide that a contest to design an interface suite for POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and FTP is the concept for your next contest, <a href="http://blackflame.webkid.com/RFMedit/mailgui.php">I'm starting now.</a>

Oh, well, crap. I didn't realise you can't use an A tag in a post. Ah well. You all know what I was doing.

You can use [ url=url ] and [ /url ] to insert links

(remove spaces - it's just there so you can see what I wrote)

RE: He's still alive.

Yeah I plan to have a text only version shortly. I just need to migrate over to a new newsletter software that support that.

And yes, I am still alive
