I'm puzzled
With my biggest respect for such a nice site and the amazing idea of the contest: where is the challenge?
I mean just parsing an easy text file and some displaying? Where's the php challenge? I'm disappointed, the best artist will win no matter how good he is programming php. I'm starting to think that I misunderstood the rules, if so please clarify them to me and thanks for such a cool idea.

Nope, you got it. This particular challenge is judged on the final display. If you look back at the other challenges, you will notice that this is not always the case. Remember what PHP was made for - web development. A major part of that is presentation....don't worry if you find that this challenge isn't your cup of tea, there will be others...
